Within our Core Banking Technology sector, you will work closely with clients in the Banking and Capital Markets industry, helping them optimize their technology infrastructure for improved business outcomes.Responsibilities- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications- Creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of integration and platform architecture projects- Utilizing technical proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data integration and virtualization solutions- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across integration architecture teams- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within integration frameworks- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance their contributions to client projects- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholdersWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics- Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management- Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud solutions- Integrating enterprise applications using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform- Analyzing business requirements to drive strategic solutions- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery- Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and performanceTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
