This is a Remote role (or hybrid in LA or NYC). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in finance, accounting, and fintech roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, networking with potential candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers.
