This is a remote, independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. You decide how much you earn by the number of drivers you successfully place.
• Recruit CDL drivers for open driving positions across the U.S.
• Find applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods.
• Speak with drivers to determine qualifications and hiring needs.
• Match applicants with the best available opportunities.
• Stay in contact with drivers throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain your own pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online recruiting tools.
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or trucking industry experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Computer or laptop.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Telephone or smartphone.
• Dedicated workspace where you can work without distractions.
• Earn commission for every driver who is hired and dispatched.

This is an independent contractor opportunity and is not an hourly or salaried position.
